DAN SANCHEZ CAMERON COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 4
U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen Talks About Corrupt County Judges and Attorneys
An extensive federal investigation found corruption in the Cameron County’s legal system and judiciary to be so pervasive that,
"most people probably wouldn’t believe it — “unless they heard it themselves,”
“a lawyer holds a position of public trust in the administration of justice"
“This court has heard a troublesome and disturbing tale of unethical conduct involving judges, lawyers and laypersons."
“This state of affairs was exacerbated by the fact that it has lasted over a number of years and affected numerous cases,”
“This court has great admiration for the trial bar and the benefits that trial lawyers (both prosecution and defense) provide to society. It is their vigilance, among others, that ensures that the system of justice works and that the rights of all Americans are protected,”
“That being said, nothing can do more harm to society than an individual, (or a group of individuals) armed with a law license (or working for someone armed with a law license) that has no moral compass, no respect for the rules governing ethical conduct and no respect for the truth. Some of the acts or omissions may be considered minor; some may have been inadvertent,”
“Nevertheless, there were some acts that were neither minor nor accidental mistakes, and the individuals that committed these acts, in this Court’s opinion, should not be allowed to practice law anywhere.”

Dan Sanchez is only interested in taking care of Dan Sanchez. He an arrogant, egotistical, self-serving Dumbokrat who is happy to accept a salary from the public so that he doesn't have to work hard as an attorney. Dan Sanchez was a "pet" of Judge Able Limas and accepted many "bennies" (trips, Spurs tickets, etc) from Limas and his cohorts. Dan Sanchez is fat, only because he sucks harder on the public tit than others.

(Dan Sanchez is only interested in taking care of Dan Sanchez.)
He was on a report on krgv news yesterday. He was wearing what looked like a suit which was obviously on the verge of exploding open. The boy is so obese, if he'd present himself to a doctor, the doctor would most probably stick him in a hospital room and throw away the key.
Dags.

That's the problem. A lot of our public elected officials don't do Chit. They just sit on their asses and collect salaries, benefits, and bribe income. That is the story of Cameron County. (Don't forget the city either.)

Dan Sánchez is part of the bigotón crew, Esquivel and Brewer are contending with the corrupt Democratic Party machine. I saw Esquivel at the Forum and was impressed by his demeanor of a true gentleman and was very honest in his comments, haven't heard much more about him but I like him, a breath of fresh air in this very polluted Cameron County. He should expect all kinds of "funny business" from the corruption machine also known as the Democratic Party of Cameron County.

Caliche: the salve of the elected officials applied on the masses to appear they are soothing their ills. Rather than addressing their needs permanently, it's a temporary fix to silence them.

"This election we have to take matters into our own hands. We have to eliminate the Whoring Hernandezes and the Killing Cadriels once and for all from public misservice. We can't allow their chief prostitute Sylvia Perez to succeed Joe Rivera. We must teach the lawyers a lesson by giving David Gonzales, Daniel Robles and Dan Sanchez a guilty verdict and sentencing them to anonymity and ignominy.
"We may be a Third-World community ruled by egomaniacs who think they are dictators, but we are still a democratic society and we must flex our muscle by putting these putos and putas down for the count. We are pobre y pendejo. Unless we clean house, we will remain pobre y pendejo."

Every month, Limas testified Monday, he hosted “cabrito (goat)” lunches, and it was at one of these gatherings that Limas said he drew Villalobos to an office to pay him after he secured a pretrial diversion agreement for one of his clients.
A taped conversation between Limas and Villalobos that was played for the jury also revealed the “golden rule” that Limas, Villalobos and others had.
This “golden rule” surfaced in a December 2007 conversation in which Villalobos alerted Limas that someone might have been trying to tape Limas and “set him up.”
Limas testified that the rule was “always assume you’re being taped.” He said the rule developed when he called a meeting at his house after former Sheriff Conrado Cantu was arrested. They had heard that many recordings were involved in the Cantu case. Limas said those attending the meeting included Villalobos, lawyers Dan Sanchez and David Sanchez, who later became district judge, and perhaps lawyer Oscar De la Fuente Jr.
“We were all kind of like shocked,” Limas testified, adding that he told the group to always assume they were being taped.

At Marchan’s trial, which concluded Monday with his conviction on racketeering and other charges, former state District Judge Abel Limas testified that he heard of “unethical or wrong” conduct at the courthouse while he was on the bench.
Limas himself has been convicted of racketeering and awaits sentencing.
The agenda item for the Commissioners Court meeting Thursday stated that allegations of misconduct could be possible violations of the county code of conduct.
In testimony at the Marchan trial, Limas named the following state district judges: Arturo Nelson of the 138th District, David Sanchez of the 444th, Leonel Alejandro of the 357th and Elia Cornejo-Lopez of the 404th. Cornejo-Lopez defeated Limas for the seat in the 2008 Democratic primary.
Commissioners Sofia Benavides and Ernie Hernandez voted against the motion to obtain the transcript, while County Judge Carlos Cascos and Commissioner David Garza voted in favor.
Commissioner Dan Sanchez, who is the brother of the 444th District judge, was absent from the meeting.
In comments to The Herald Thursday afternoon, Sanchez said if he had been at the Commissioners Court meeting, he would have abstained from the vote because his brother is a judge named in the trial testimony.

Prosecutors allege that 444th State District Judge David Sanchez once accepted a bribe while he was working as a defense attorney but appointed as a special prosecutor by Villalobos back in 2005.
That’s when convicted drug trafficker Carlos Justino “Justin” Ramos was working as an investigator and assistant for Villalobos in the district attorney’s office.
Ramos had past convictions for having several pounds of marijuana in Kingsville and Austin and wanted those records expunged.
According to the records, Ramos paid Villalobos $3,000 dollars in drug money to get the expungement.
Villalobos appointed Sanchez as a special prosecutor in the case and arranged through the Cameron County District Clerk’s Office for the case to land in the 404th State District Court with Limas.
Limas allegedly told Ramos that he would go along with it as long as prosecutors did not fight it.
Ramos allegedly paid Sanchez $1,000 dollars in drug money to not fight the expungement.
Sanchez, who is the brother of Cameron County Commissioner Dan Sanchez, has not been charged in the case but records show that the expungement failed due to objections by state officials in Austin.

Cameron County District Attorney Armando Villalobos, under indictment for racketeering and other crimes, has been spared a call for his resignation by the county Commissioners Court.
A motion asking him to voluntarily step down failed on a 2-2 vote at a meeting Thursday morning.
The action would not have had any legal bearing if approved, county legal counsel said.
County Commissioners Sofia Benavides and Ernie Hernandez voted against calling for the DA's resignation, while County Judge Carlos Cascos and Commissioner David Garza voted in favor.
Commissioner Dan Sanchez was absent. Sanchez, in comments to The Herald Thursday afternoon, said he would have abstained from the vote if he had been at the meeting.

"Beginning with Gilberto Hinojosa and Trevino, the lawyers have corrupted the Cameron County Democratic Party. They have turned it into their own private PRI Party. Limas, Villalobos, Solis and Rosenthal are headed for prison. Valles just finished his term.
The identical twins, David and Dan Sanchez, who chose Hinojosa as their role model, now live in fear every day that the feds will soon come knocking at their doors.
"These are sorry days for the Cameron County Democratic Party. Hinojosa controls one faction and the Whoring Hernandezes and the Killing Kadriels control the other. This is one civil war in which there would be no winners unless by chance they eliminated each other. Then everyone would be a winner."
