Chuck, that explains all the land grabbing north and east of Harlingen??? That is typical of the powers to be just lining their pockets with others money and to ensure their power hungry status. Sad, that a few make Harlingen what it is and to only ensure that a selective few make the money instead of sharing the wealth or thinking about the citizens of Harlingen.
If you have the money to invest and the other party is willing to sell, how is it land grabbing? Nothing illegal, immoral or unethical has happened.
