Speak Spanish Fluently!!! Are they going to fire those already there that only speak Tex-Mex and not fluent Spanish? Few Hispanics that are more than third generation U.S. citizens speak Spanish fluently. Como dice, you know, esos chingasos…ah…seatbelts.
