NEWS FLASH!

Disgraced blogger Tony Chapa refused to return his STIJA typewriter and hat on Friday as ordered by STIJA President Anthony Starr at a news conference last Thursday.  A defiant Chapa said they would have to come and arrest him and take away the typewriter and hat by force.  Starr is contemplating issuing a special Editorial Arrest Warrant (EAW) against Chapa as early as this Monday morning.
