Harlingen City Commission Meeting April 6, 2011-Violation Texas Open Meetings Act

Harlingen Water Works Board quorum (the Board Chairman and 2 board members) attends the April 6, 2011 meeting of the Harlingen City commission. The Water Works Board failed to give/post an 72 hours notice to the public that they would be holding a joint session with the Harlingen City Commission on April 6, 2011 in violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act..
