BOSWELL AND MARRA DO FLIP FLOPS ALL OVER THE PLACE!

After 14 years of obstructing the public broadcasting of Harlingen City Commission Meetings, Mayor Boswell changes stripes and now wants Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce to televise webinize city commission meetings!  Some cities have televised their meetings free of charge for 35-40 years as a public service!
