The city of Harlingen, is a sanctuary city. It has more illegals than any other city, many are arrested on domestic violence charges and then release again. Many are stopped and given tickets although they have no proof of residency. Many illegals get friends to buy them license plates and drive cars listed under other peoples names. They mock local laws and laugh about it.
They need to arrest this people and turned over to ICE. Hopefully this new chief, will set a different policy.
