Mr. Editor, I think this building belong to people from Brownsville, the building has been like this since Dolly. I saw the grande theater with mattresses and people sleeping by the entrance. What a horrible site that place has turned out to be. As is the bar. horrible, horrible, just outright ugly, if you ask me.
