HOW DID 83/77 PROPERTIES, LTD. MANAGE TO SELL A WEED FILLED LANDLOCKED UNDESIRABLE LOT TO THE HARLINGEN EDC FOR $199,000 DOLLARS PER ACRE, TOTAL DEAL ALMOST $4 MILLION DOLLARS?


WHY DID 83/77 PROPERTIES, LTD, ABRUPTLY PULL OUT OF THE BASS PRO SHOP DEAL AS THE DEVELOPER OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT IN DECEMBER 2010, AFTER SELLING THE LAND TO EDC?

WHAT IS THE SECRET $1,000,000 DOLLAR A YEAR, 20 YEAR DEAL, BETWEEN THE HARLINGEN EDC AND BASS PRO SHOPS ALL ABOUT? 



WHY DID IT COST $450,000 FOR  "Site Acquisition Related Costs" TO SELL ONE PIECE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY 83/77 PROPERTIES AND BOUGHT BY EDC?  AND, WHO RECEIVED THESE ACQUISITION COST PAYMENTS?



WHO PUT THE HARLINGEN TAXPAYERS ON THE HOOK FOR $31 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF MUNICIPAL JUNK BONDS AT OVER 5.8% INTEREST THAT WILL COST $25 MILLION DOLLARS IN INTEREST OVER THE NEXT 21 YEARS? WHY WAS THE INTEREST RATE SO HIGH?



WHAT DOES THIS MAN KNOW ABOUT ALL THIS?

AND WHAT DOES THIS MAN WISH HE KNEW ABOUT THESE DEALS?

Does Jerry Prepejchal know anything? Doesn't Leftwich pull Jerry's strings, so when you see Jerry's mouth move you are really hearing Leftwich's voice from behind the curtain?

Someone should GO TO JAIL over this deal! It appears that there are SEVERAL unlawful acts that have taken place, and apparently NO ONE CARES.
