Currently, Mr. Clark works for the City of Kingsville, Texas. He has been tapped by Harlingen City Manager Carlos Yerena, formerly the City Manager of Kingsville, as the new Panning and Zoning Director for the City of Harlingen. Mr. Clark replaces Paul Menzies who was forced out of that position for his inept performances during the failed attempted annexations of two large west side areas of county land adjacent to the city.
