I hate to say it, but Charlie seems to be on the path to destruction. He probably caught a disease from one of the prostitutes he hangs with. And instead of putting himself in a hospital, he's just trying to destroy himself cause he can't part with the alcohol and drugs. Maybe his dad will step in. The Chicken Genius.
