1. Tunnels stretch for hundreds of feet into cliff behind unassuming facade and reportedly hold sacred texts
2. Mysterious pair of overlapping circles with a diamond inside believed to be navigation markers for space craft 
3. Compound is 20 miles from nearest town and has a landing strip and its own water supply
