09/21/12 MoD: Soldier from 28 Engineer Regiment dies in Afghanistan the Ministry of Defence must announce that a soldier from 28 Engineer Regiment, attached to 21 Engineer Regiment, died on Friday 21 September 2012 at Forward Operating Base Shawqat, Helmand Province. The soldier was involved in a shooting incident at a forward operating base in the district of Nad 'Ali. A full investigation is ongoing and the circumstances are not being treated as a hostile action.
