LUIS SAENZ AND MARIA DeFORD-COMMON VISION, COMMON IDEALS

As the endorsements continue to come in, the facts remain clear that what is needed in our Cameron County District Attorney's Office is real, credible, and authentic experience. What I, Luis V. Saenz, will bring to the table of our community is the understanding that the role of the prosecutor is to ensure that the People see that justice comes first - that we prosecute the evil-doers to the full extent of the law. To that end, what is needed in that role is the ideal that a community deserves a candidate who has the requisite experience of fighting on behalf of the people, for the people, and to see justice being served. Which is why I am most humbled, proud, and excited to have the endorsement of María Urbina De Ford in seeking this office to bring law and order to our great Cameron County. We know that a safe Cameron County is the road to a great Cameron County - and that by creating a secure and safe place to live, learn, and work we can create a better society for us all. These common ideals - that of loyalty, commitment, duty, public welfare, and securing the public safety - are what brings María Urbina De Ford and myself together in my campaign to be your Cameron County District Attorney.
