THE END OF BEAUTIFUL MEXICO AS WE ONCE KNEW IT!

The body of a woman was found head first with her bare feet sticking out the top of a metal drum in downtown Juárez on Monday afternoon, Chihuahua state police said.

Police described the semi-nude woman as thin with straight dark hair. She had not been identified but appeared to be between 25 and 30 years old. The woman had bruises on her face, her hands were tied behind her back but the cause of death had not been determined.

The case was one of at least three homicides Monday. Nearly 1,000 people have been killed in Juárez this year.
