BOSWELL LAUNCHED INTO THE EARTH IN HARLINGEN TIME CAPSULE!

Harlingen Mayor Chris Boswell prepares to be launched 6 feet into the earth in the 50 year hermetically sealed time capsule!  Boswell,. at the urging of City Commissioners Joey Trevino, Kori Marra and former Commissioner Larry Galbreath agreed to climb into the Harlingen city time capsule and be buried for the next 50 years, in the ground, in front of the new Harlingen Police Department.  Mayor Boswell said, "it is the least I can do for the city I love ladies and gentlemen, you are witnessing a great day for Harlingen."  That was Boswell's final words before Commissioner Marra screwed on the time capsule lid with one hand while holding a Margarita drink in the other hand and bid the Mayor a fond farewell and safe landing while he was lowered into the ground!
