Recenty retired from the position as Harlingen City Secretary, Sylvia Trevino, as seen above, has taken the vacant position as City Secretary of the upscale community of Palm Valley, Texas.  Ms Trevino will assume her new position on March 21, 2011.  Enjoy your new found freedom from the confines of the City of Harlingen.  We want to welcome Sylvia to western Texas, land of the free and home of the brave!
