REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSULTING/LOBBYING SERVICES REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Consulting/Lobbying Services The City of Harlingen is seeking a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional, federal, consulting/lobbying services. The City of Harlingen reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the RFQ process. The City will screen all applications and those applicants selected will be invited to attend an interview in Harlingen, Texas. Proposals will be accepted by the City of Harlingen through 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2011 at the Office of the City Secretary, City Hall, P.O. Box 2207, 118 East Tyler, Harlingen, Texas 78550.
