Mexico's Drug War is out of control and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Some of my friends have suggested that capital punishment should be instituted as a way of sending a clear message to the hoodlums. I tend to agree.
I have an alternative punishment which merits consideration. You tie the offender to a tree in a public setting and remove his clothes completely. You get a long rope of undetermined length that coils around. You tie one end of the rope to the scrotum/penis of the subject and the other end to a truck bumper. The driver of the pick up is given the signal to proceed at a fast rate of speed. The coils uncoils and yanks off the penis at the end of the rope.

Yeah, that would be considered non-capital punishment. You'd have to have someone there to patch him right up,though. I'd be the first to forgive him is he was to call in sick. The Chicken Genius.
